Terms of Sale

By submitting an online order, you agree to the following terms and conditions of sale:

  • The quoted amount must be paid in full prior to any products being printed, produced or dispatched for delivery.
  • EB Biz reserves the right to cancel, or partially cancel any orders that contain offensive and/or illegal content, such as items containing pornographic, racist or otherwise distasteful images.
  • Items that require any design proof, or approval, will be automatically progressed to production if no confirmation or amendments is received within three (3) business days. Please refer to "Design Approvals" below.

You are entirely responsible for any content of, or any harm resulting from, content that you upload or transfer to the website. Any content uploaded to the website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have permission to use any third party content (including copyrighted content), and are responsible for any breaches of proprietary rights, including but not limited to, copyright, patent, trademark, or any rights of any third party.
  • You own the content, or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents or permissions to use and authorise EB Biz to produce using content under this agreement.
  • Your uploaded content does not contain any malicious machine code, including viruses, trojans, worms or any other destructive content.
  • Your content does not include or portray the abuse of minors under the age of 18, or exploit persons under the age of 18, or any persons, in a sexual, violent or inappropriate manner that may be deemed illegal, and does not violate any local, state or federal law concerning child pornography or in any way harms the wellbeing of a minor under the age of 18.
  • EB Biz reserves the right to reject any design without reason.

Orders that require any design proof or approval, will be sent directly to the customers' email inbox.

The customer must click Approve or Decline within seven (7) days:

  • If an approval is unanswered after 48 hours (2 days), a reminder email is sent to the customer.
  • If an approval remains unanswered after 72 hours (3 days), and the order is fully paid, this will be deemed an acceptance of the design and approval will be automatic.
  • If an approval remains unanswered after 168 hours (7 days), and the order is yet to be paid, this will be deemed as not accepted/approved and the order will be cancelled.
  • If an order is cancelled, a 20% cancellation fee will apply and any other funds will be returned to the customer of their Electronic Funds Transfer details.

If an approval is likely to be required, the customer will be informed prior by email, phone, or private message (Social Media) if applicable.

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST.

The amount paid on any order will not include GST.

Refund Policy

To organise a return, please use the Contact Us form and select "Return Item" as the subject and complete all required fields.

• Some items cannot be returned for a Change of Mind refund due to personalised content.

• This will be explicitedly outlined in the Terms of Sale for affected items prior to payment.

• Items that cannot be refunded may be returned for a free replacement if they are faulty and/or contain an error/misprint upon receipt.

Return Shipping is the responsibilty of the customer.

Due to COVID-19, there may be delays in your delivery to us. This will be taken into consideration when returning faulty and/or items with errors/misprints.

Personalised Items may not be returned for a full refund:

  1. Items that contain personalised photographs cannot be returned for a full refund as the design may include photos of people that cannot be resold to others.
  2. Items that contain an error/misprint or fault may be returned for a free replacement within seven (7) days of receipt. Items returned that are not deemed faulty and/or do not contain an error/misprint will be subject to a $10.00 service fee plus return shipping (if applicable).
  3. Items may be partially and/or fully refunded if the uploaded photos are not suitable for the design and/or printing.
  1. Un-opened Items may be returned for a full refund/replacement within seven (7) days for Change of Mind, or if the Item is faulty and/or contains an error/misprint.
  2. Items that are returned without fault and/or an error/misprint, or returned after seven (7) days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, provided the returned item is not damaged and is resalable.
